From my Studio Collection, this "Natasha" beadI*, this necklace has a definite old world vibe. The mixtures of dark blue metallic and golden brown clay were used across the piece, in the beads up the neckline and in the dagger itself. The dagger is wire wrapped, and suspended from a solid brass window connector, suspended from chunky chain, embellished with the large polymer clay beads up the neckline.
My Studio Collection prominently features components I have handcrafted in my home studio.. Game of Thrones fans may appreciate this is a Danerys-inspired piece, my version of a conqueror's adornment.
Length: 26" to the window connector. 4.5" from top of window connector to bottom of dagger.
OOAK. Nickel free.
This piece was created of my hands, from my heart.

More on the Natasha Bead: The process begins with conditioning the clay to achieve the perfect pliability. Multiple layers of vibrant colored clay are then stacked and shaped into a cane. This cane is then twisted to build intricacy into the design, then it is skillfully sliced and reconstructed, creating a mirrored, kaleidoscopic pattern that defines the Natasha bead’s unique aesthetic.
